Export versions: the CPU board ROM must be updated
On export versions, the ROM on the CPU board has to be updated for the Gosof to work properly. Plan for that step before ordering — and if you are unsure whether your machine is an export version, ask us first: we will check free of charge.
Would rather avoid the ROM update altogether? Consider the GottFA80_Plus Full instead: one board replaces the sound board, power supply, CPU and driver together, with the original ROMs interpreted in the FPGA.
