WARRANTY & REPAIRS – PINBALLS.STORE

At Pinballs.Store, we’re committed to providing reliable, transparent, and professional service. Every board is individually tested before shipping, both on a dedicated test bench and inside a real pinball machine, to ensure full functionality.

All boards are covered by a 6-month warranty (parts and labor) from the date of purchase.

✔️ Legal Warranty Included

In addition to the legal warranty of conformity, our products are covered against any component or manufacturing defect under normal usage conditions for six months.

If you experience any issue during this period, please contact us before sending anything back at contact@pinballs.store or via the website chat. In many cases, the issue is due to incorrect installation or a problem with another faulty part in your pinball machine, rather than the board itself.

✅ Warranty Terms

Once we've approved the return, the board will be repaired or replaced and sent back as quickly as possible.

🚫 The warranty does NOT cover:

• Any damage resulting from improper installation, power surges, or other faulty components in the machine

• DIY modifications or repairs, misuse, or incorrect handling

• Shipping damage

• Resale of the board to a third party (the warranty is valid only for the original buyer)

Even outside of the warranty period, feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to help extend the life of your pinball machine.

🔧 BOARD REPAIR & DIAGNOSIS

We offer repair and testing services for all boards purchased from our store, or for supported systems (Williams System 3 to 7, Gottlieb System 80A/B, etc.).

Please contact us first before sending in any board for repair.

🛠️ Standard Pricing

📦 Return shipping for the repaired board will be automatically calculated based on weight and added to the final invoice.

🔍 Service Details

• Testing / Diagnostics include bench testing + real pinball machine testing

• Simple repair includes replacement of basic components (transistors, ICs, etc.)

• Complex repair covers visible damage, acid corrosion, short circuits, or unauthorized previous repair attempts

• Every repaired board will receive the latest firmware version available, if applicable

🛑 Important: Any attempt to repair the board yourself or through an unqualified technician voids the warranty and can worsen the issue. We strongly discourage DIY repairs.

If your board is found to be non-compliant upon delivery, you may return it within 15 days (return shipping at your expense) for a refund or exchange—after contacting us first.
