Effortless Installation and Setup

Installing the GottFA80 board is as simple as possible. Designed to fit the same connectors and the same mounting holes as the original Gottlieb System80 MPUs, replacing your old board only takes a few minutes. Further customize your experience with the dip switch settings:

• S2-Dip1 -> Freeplay If set to "ON", GottFa will activate "Freeplay" mode. By holding the credit button for five seconds, you simulate inserting a coin.
• S2-Dip2 -> NVRAM reset If set to "ON", GottFa will initialize the NVRAM to zero at startup for the selected game. This is useful if you want to reset all the RAM content (recommended for the game's first startup).
• S2-Dip3 -> Slam Open If set to "ON", the Slam contact will be simulated as "open" (necessary for recent 80B games).
• S2-Dip4 -> Slam Closed Most System80 games require the Slam contact to be closed and will not start if the Slam contact is open. If set to "ON", the Slam contact will be simulated as "closed", regardless of its actual state.
